James “Jim” Earl Kinniburgh, age 60, a native of Braintree, MA and a resident of Daphne, AL, passed away on Friday, November 16, 2018. Jim was a retired sales manager for telecommunication companies throughout the southeast. He loved spending time at home, enjoying retirement by tending to his prized yard and relaxing by the backyard pool. He also loved rooting for his favorite football teams, the New England Patriots and the Alabama Crimson Tide. Jim had a kind heart, loved to make people laugh, and charmed the socks off anyone he met. He loved his family and he loved Christ.

Jim is survived by his wife of 18 years, Leah Kinniburgh of Daphne, AL; step-children, Tyler Robbins of Boca Raton, FL and Avery Plexico and her husband John of Daphne, AL; parents, Earl and Virginia Kinniburgh of Braintree, MA; brother Todd Kinniburgh and his wife Maria of Dartmouth, MA; sisters Lisa Kinniburgh and partner, Peter Lyons of Braintree, MA; Ruth Tesoro and husband Gerard of Braintree, MA, Elizabeth McMahon and her husband Thomas of Quincy, MA; 11 nieces and nephews; 8 great nieces and nephews as well as many other relatives and friends.

All are welcome to join Jim’s family at his gathering of family and friends on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 10:00 am until the time of service at 10:30 am at Hughes Funeral Home in Daphne, AL. Graveside prayer will immediately follow at Jubilee Memorial Gardens in Daphne, AL. Expressions of condolence may be offered at www.hughesfh.com.
