Bonnie Sue Sutton Allain was born in Pensacola, Florida on May 21, 1959, to her parents, Ardis Cook Dees and George Walker Sutton. After a long and difficult battle with illness, Bonnie passed away in her home she shared with her beloved soulmate and husband, Jerome “Jerry” Allain, on March 24, 2023.
Bonnie was preceded in death by both parents, grandparents, and brother-in-law, Geoffrey Walker. She is survived by her husband, and her children, Leigh Ann Thomas (Christopher), Kimberly Jones (John) and Jack Neno. Bonnie’s surviving grandchildren are Chloe Thomas, Allyson Jones, Adalyn Jones, Jaxon Jones, Brycelyn Jones, Asher Thomas, and Flynn Thomas. She is also survived by her sister, Angela Sutton Walker; her brother, Edward “Eddie” Sutton (Karen); as well as her many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly.
Bonnie was involved in many community projects through the years which included prison ministries; helping plan and implement many events for the Visitation Monastery; as well as being a board member for the Spanish Fort Women’s Health Center, a pregnancy help center for those with unintended pregnancies, where Bonnie counseled many women.
She was also active in Cursillo, a movement of the Catholic Church for 34 years. Even through her sickness, she continued her evangelizing by helping wherever she could and bringing food and goods often to the Prince of Peace Parish in Mobile, Alabama. Bonnie’s greatest accomplishments in life were being a wife, mother and “Mommoo” to her grandchildren. She cherished her family more than anything in this world.
Services for Bonnie Sue Allain will be held Friday, March 31,2023 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 711 Main Street, Daphne, AL. Visitation for family and friends will be from 10AM until the Mass of Christian burial will immediately follow at 11AM.

I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Bonnie Sue most of my life and always enjoyed catching up when our paths would cross.
