Charlotte Anne Moore, a resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2023, at the age of 67. She was born on December 24, 1955, in McComb, Mississippi.
Charlotte had an adventuresome spirit that was first exhibited by her racing dirt bikes and learning to fly small planes. Later in life she loved the beach, snorkeling and was a certified diver. She loved the idea of traveling and meeting new people. She had the epitome of a servant’s heart and showed it in the way she loved others, especially her daughter. Her love, laughter and her service to others is her legacy.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her father, Tom Andrews, her mother, Nellie Rae Andrews, and her sister-in-law, Edna Andrews
She is survived by her daughter, Cassie Bullock Woodall (James); her grandchildren, Juliet Anne Woodall, Ethan James Woodall, Parker Rae Woodall; siblings, Janis Gunn (Ashley, Kayla); Ray (Cathy) Andrews; Jimmy Dale Andrews; Randy (Sue) Andrews; and several nieces and nephews.
