Crystal Schrader Tidwell, age 37, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017 in Bay Minette, Alabama.

Crystal was born December 2, 1980 in Jefferson County, Alabama, the eldest daughter of Guy Bruce Schrader and Pat Schrader Chapman.

She graduated from Brookwood High School and attended Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Crystal wrote beautiful poetry that she shared with friends and family. She loved and cherished her children and extended family and enjoyed the large family gatherings they shared.

She is survived by her 3 daughters, Makala, Haley and Brianna Carroll. She is also survived by her mother, Pat Chapman; sisters, Jessica Schrader and Stephanie Schrader; brother, Lee Hallmon and her former husband, Terrell Carroll.

She is predeceased by her father, Bruce Schrader.

Plans for burial will be announced at a later date. Expressions of condolence may be offered at www.hughesfh.com. Arrangements are by Hughes Funeral Home, 7951 American Way, Daphne, AL.

    Crystal, i wish i could tell you what this last week without has been like. Between all our childhood memories or laughing til we cried… My heart is broke. You was always there for me and protecting me, my whole life. I cant picture what life is going to be like now your gone. You were such a huge part of me. I will always love you.

      Crystal was the kindness, loving, & thoughtful child.. she was always thinking of others..and how she could be helpful to them. She loved to sing and dance around our house..she was a bubbly happy child.
      That loved cooking and she loved her candy too.
      I will miss her sweet laughter.
      She gave birth to 3 beautiful daughters, she adored them. My heart break’s for them.
      She loved to write poetry. .and was very talented.
      Crystal Michelle Schrader Carroll Tidwell you are my oldest daughter. .and only God knows how much I am hurting not having you here..but I know you are in heaven where all the sweet souls are at.
      I love you and I’ll see you later 😇❤

    Mom I love and miss you so much, life will be so hard without you. You we’re my warrior, you fought through so much and continued everyday.your smile will always be cherished in my heart. God I honestly can’t believe your gone I never got to see you. I just honestly miss you so much, and no matter what I will never forget you, when I do grow up I want to be exactly like you have your smile, faith, and courage that no matter what happens in life you can survive I love you moma
