Dessie Ann Howard, 69, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015. She was born in Louisiana but she grew up in Alabama. Dessie loved spending time on the casino boats and always loved having a good time.

She is survived by her mother, Vivan Mouser; daughter, Charlotte (Brian) Ralph; sons, Terry (Denise) Hayles and Paul (Brenda) Hayles; ten grandchildren, Tara, David, Maddie, Tiffany, Wade, Sabrina, David Ray, Jayden, Chris and James; eighteen great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
