Dewayne Neal Stephens, 55 years of age, was born in Cleveland, MS on June 27, 1969. He was a native of Ephesus, GA and a resident of Orange Beach, AL.  He passed away on June 8, 2025, in Wolf Bay.

Dewayne was employed by the City of Orange Beach, Alabama, as a trail coordinator and was a pillar of the community. He enjoyed spending time with family, grilling, boating, and riding the golf cart around the neighborhood.

Dewayne is survived by his wife, Cynthia Longcrier-Stephens; his beautiful daughter, Ryleigh Longcrier; as well as his four adored pets, Maggie Mae, Scooter (Scott), Diesel and Gracie. He is also survived by his mother, Annette Stephens of Roopville, GA; his brother, Chip Stephens (Rebecca) of Ephesus, Ga; his sister, Sandra Dunlap (Marty) of Roanoke, AL; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Allen and Glenda Longcrier; sisters-in-law, Leigh Ann Garner (Floyd) and Bonnie Foley (Buster); nieces, Destiny Garner, Lexi Pearl Parks Hannah “Banana” Parks and Zoey Foley; nephew, Bubba Parks; and special friends, Joey and Lisa Curtis. He is preceded in death by his father, Hiram Adrel Stephens.
