February 10, 1936 – October 6, 2007 In Loving Memory.
Earby Boyd McAdams, Jr., age 71, a native of Columbus, MS and a resident of Orange Beach, died Saturday, October 6, 2007 following a long illness. Mr. McAdams was a member of Island Fellowship Baptist Church and a deacon for over 20 years. He retired as the Plant Foreman of Kerr-McGee Refinery with over 40 years of service. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and had lived a very selfless life.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Janet Ward McAdams and his son, Richard Boyd McAdams both of Orange Beach; three daughters, Kimberly McAdams Lee (Ronnie) of Daphne, AL, Daphne McAdams Frichter (Jim) of Phoenix, AZ and Shannon McAdams Clark of Belton, SC; a sister, Betty Bryan of Semmes, AL and eight grandchildren, Andrew Lee, Haley Frichter, Julianna Frichter, Garrett Frichter, Nicholas Frichter, Jacob Frichter, Hannah Fincher and Lauren Fincher.
The family will receive friends at Hughes Cremation & Funeral Services from 10 AM until 12 PM on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 followed by 12:30 PM graveside services and interment at Jubilee Memorial Gardens in Daphne.
