Etta Elliott Anthony, a native of Mobile and a resident of Fairhope, AL, passed away on February 10, 2026, at the age of 81.
Etta was a homemaker who took care of her home and family. She enjoyed reading and gardening in her spare time.
Etta is preceded in death by her husband, McArthur Anthony and daughter-in-law, Renee Anthony.
She is survived by her son, Samuel MacDavid Anthony of Fairhope, AL; and her beloved pets, Freya, Big Bad John, LuLu, and her 10 fat chickens.
No services are planned at this time. Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL, is assisting the family.
