Frederick Harvey Trawick, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and a resident of Spanish Fort, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the age of 76.
Fred honorably served in the United States Marine. He enjoyed hunting and scuba diving, but what he enjoyed the most was spent with his family and farming. Fred always found much happiness in helping others.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Peggy Trawick; and siblings, Anne-Marie McDade Trawick, Eileen SanJuan and Libby Wiliford.
He is survived by his children, Jacquelyn Kilgore (Casey) of Loxley, Alabama, Eric Trawick (Andrea) of Kansas City, Missouri and Charles Trawick (Tasha); his grandchildren, Isaac Kilgore, Hunter Trawick, Sterling Trawick, Chase Trawick, Braiden Trawick, Kaitilin Trawick, Trevon Trawick, Wes Kilgore, Alyssa Widman and Jayden Widman; siblings, Ken Trawick (Mary), Mike Trawick (Evana), Jane Tucker, Kathy Hansen (Eddie) and Theresa Atout (Ahmed); special friends, Jackie Trawick Stern, Myrna Holley, Jennifer West and Joe Guarino; along with nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A memorial mass will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Christ the King Catholic Church, 1505 Main Street in Daphne, Alabama. There will be a time of visitation before the service, beginning 10 AM, followed by the mass at 11AM. Interment will take place at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL, at 1PM.

It was easy to consider Fred a great friend. He was always willing to lend you a hand . He never complained and was a great listener and never judgmental. He loved his family and friends.
