Meeting in Rock Creek we have many fond memories made with Grady. We will always remember….. RIP
Jimmie: We are so very sorry for your loss of Grady; He was a very special caring man who we grew to appreciate since our move here to Fairhope. And you two made such a wonderful couple and always reached out to others. I particularly enjoyed the times we spent driving over to the LPGA tournaments we worked together.
Grady was also one of the few people; that reached out to brother Jim, picking him up to get together with golfing friends. That meant so much.
He will be missed by many and certainly us. Any way that we can support you as you grieve, please let us know.
Grady and Jimmie were some of our first friends when we moved to Fairhope. Jim and Grady were special friends as they were with Airlines during their working career. It ii so sad to know he has passed away. He will be missed my so many friends and family. God Speed Grady, Love to you and your sweet Jimmie.
Grady was my older first cousin, growing up just a few miles from my boyhood home. While we lived geographically far apart as adults, we kept in touch – as two of a close group of eleven cousins.. Grady was kind, thoughtful, generous – and a super pilot. He will be greatly missed by both his immediate and extended family members, and by his many friends.
Lisa (Ken ) Boatwright and family our sincere loss to all of you.r family. We did not know Grady was your father and a daughter here in La Grange. Grady and I were very close in senority at Delta and over 30+ years checked out in the many planes at Delta at the same time!. Grady was a top notch pilot Grady has in the tradition of pilots ” flown west with blue skys and a strong tail wind into the arms of God”. He will be missed
Joe, thank you for your beautiful tribute to our father. Daddy loved flying for Delta so much. I had no idea you had both known each other at Delta. We miss him very much, but I know he is in a wonderful place with God now.
Lisa
