My heart is broken for Helen’s family and friends. Helen was a very caring person and I will miss her so very much. Taken from her family to early but now she is at peace and with her mom and dad. I love you Helen and will miss you my dear friend.

Helen was my sister, she was really my cousin but we felt closer. We used to see each other almost every weekend when mom & dad would drive to Knox, Indiana from Chicago, to see their brother & sister. See Helen and I were double first cousins. Helen and her brother Bob and I would run all around the farm they used to own. Played on their tire swing, played tag and even made mud pies. I could not have had a kinder and more loving sister. She will be greatly missed, but I know she is in Heaven with her mom and dad now and I know someday we will be together again. Love you, Roger

Helen and I met when we were freshmen at Knox High School. We were best friends and I have all the memories that we shared during those wonderful years. I still have the letters she wrote me when she went to Germany and when she met Bill…truly the love of her life. We would meet up at her parents’ farm every year when she came up to visit bringing her first two children. It was like we had just seen each other the day before. My trip to Florida to meet Bill and spend Thanksgiving with them. Then the trips to Class Reunions and the last visit when Bill and Helen came through Knox while on a travel vacation. I will always remember her kindnesses, her endless love, her joy of life and her faith in God. I was so blessed to have her in my life. I love you Helen.

We are so sad to hear of Helen’s passing! What a beautiful and sweet woman. She and Bill are dear to us for their love and cheerful countenances. Thank you, Lord, for her love for You. Please give her family and friends Your peace and fill their hearts with wonderful memories. Be especially close to Bill as he grieves for his bride and help him to rest.

What a tremendous loss , she always greeted everyone with a smile and hug. Helen always made you feel better when ever you spent time talking. I have never seen a more loving family as hers. As a neighbor she offered endless help to me and was always a joy to be with. Beautiful inside and out, she will be greatly missed by all lucky enough to know her and her wonderful family.
