Helen Georgia Bielinski, age 88, born in Accord, New York and formerly of Kingston, NY and a resident of the Mobile area for the past 3 years, died Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at a local healthcare facility.

She grew up in Accord and Marbletown, NY and had lived and worked for many years in Dothan, AL as a unit secretary in the hospital. She had been an active resident of Cathedral Place in Mobile until recently.

She is survived by her son, Randy (Lynn) Bielinski of Fairhope; 2 brothers and 2 sisters in New York and 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

The family will have a private local service and she will be buried later with her family in the historic Marbletown Cemetery which was established in 1655.
