Jerry Wilmer “Butch” Bounds was born October 31, 1943, to Zacy and Ouida Bounds.  He passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2026. 

Butch is survived by his sister, Cathleen (Freddy) Fesler; and two beloved stepsons, Ty (Marla) Alford and Rob (Shannon) Fleming.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Patricia Bounds; sisters, Juanita Fike and Peggy Bounds; a brothers, Elwin, Dwight and Charlie Bound’s.

Butch was loved by many and will be deeply missed by his adoring family and friends. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 10AM at the Alabama Veterans Memorial Cememtery, 34904 Hwy. 225 in Spanish Fort, AL.
