John Kimbrell Pritchard, 46, a native of Tennessee and a resident of Aloha, Oregon, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 in Mobile, Alabama.
John most recently was an over the road truck driver for the past seven years. He served in the Army National Guard and was deployed for two active duty tours in Iraq and received an honorary discharge. John thoroughly enjoyed camping, fishing, shooting sports and travel.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Roy Pritchard, Jr. and Audrey Lumpkin Pritchard; and maternal and paternal grandparents and other relatives.
John is survived by his wife of 8 years, Mandie Lee Pritchard; his daughters, April Pritchard of Murfreesboro, TN, Kayla Pritchard of Nashville, TN, and Kate Tyree of Tennessee; stepchildren, Cameron O’Brien and Shannon O’Brien of Oregon; grandchildren, Kaiden Dalton and Audrey Dalton; uncles, Larry Pritchard, David Barnett and George Hawes; aunts, Gail Hawes and Gwen Pritchard; special friend, Christine Gallegos; his truck driving friends, Frank and Craig; his best friend, Brandon Roose; along with cousins, other relatives and friends
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Hughes Funeral Home, 7951 American Way, Daphne, AL. The family will receive friends before the service time beginning at 1:00 PM.
