Col Cheney was one of the most happy people I have ever known. He made his wife Mary Paul laugh when she didn’t really feel like laughing. I envy his uplifting outlook on life and now I am grieving with the Cheney and Horn family for the loss of such a lovely and loved person. I hope that the family he leaves behind will not be sad, but will remember him for his attitude toward even the little things. He will be missed but not forgotten ,by me and most likeley by all the other people whose life he touched. …..Cheryl Dumelow
