Joseph Roland Pelletier, 79, of Mobile passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013 in a local healthcare facility. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was self employed as a publisher until he retired.
Surviving are his son, Bill Pelletier; daughters, Laura Broxson, and Kim Wiggins.
