Joy Marie Soutullo was born on August 23, 1941 to Manuel Soutullo and Lorraine Lockler, and went to Heaven on July 14, 2022, where she is at peace now and will watch over her family.

Joy was an amazing mother of three children with Perry E Frye; Perry E Frye, Jr. (1960-2015), LaDonna D. Frye and Tamala M Frye; grandmother to five grandchildren, Priscilla M. Codinach, Lesleigh C. Nurse, Krystal M. Anderson, Ashleigh M. Valdes and Chase C. Frye (1996-2022); great-grandmother to four, Breanne Nurse, Edward Nurse, Madelyn Nurse and Harper Codinach Phelps.

Joy was a woman with a heart of gold that loved her family, She will be missed.
