In Loving Memory

Judy Ann McClammy

March 16, 1942 - November 22, 2021

Judy S. McClammy, age 79, of Mobile, AL, passed away at Providence Hospital on Monday, November 22, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Wayne McClammy; her parents, A.N. Stinson, and Audrey G. Noel; and sister, Lori Burgess.

Judy is survived by children, Lisa (and Earl) Laseter, Sandra (and Ken) Neyman, Carl (and Amanda) McClammy; and her brother, Arthur (and Wanda) Stinson. She was a loving Nana to her grandchildren, Bailey Stanley, Riley Woodard, Kristen and Allie Neyman, Noah, Kirsten and Micah Reed, and Addison McClammy. She was so happy to have become a great-grandmother this past year to Easton Woodard and Baylor Stanley.

Judy graduated from Theodore High School in 1960. She enjoyed working for the Coca Cola Company, Mobile College, and many years as office personnel at Nan Gray Davis Elementary School. Judy was a member of First Baptist Church of Theodore. Over the years, she found great joy in working in the preschool Sunday school class. She felt it was so important to share the love of Jesus with children from a young age. Our family is grateful to have had a mother who prayed for us, encouraged us, and never wavered in her faith.

There will be a time of visitation from 1:00-2:00 PM at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL, on Monday November 29, 2021. Graveside service will follow at the Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL at 2:30 PM. Pastor David Gill will be officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at
