Julie Ann McRee Reinhart, a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, passed away on April 5, 2022, on her 79th birthday.

Julie was a graduate of McGill-Toolen Catholic High School.  She was a member Little Flower Catholic Church, and several Mardi Gras Associations.  She was the owner/operator of ABC Overhead Doors of Mobile.

Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Henry (Tony) Reinhart; husband, Rex Mattox; son, David Rex Mattox; mother, Rose Aline Gagne; sister, Gloria Browning (Bobby); brothers, Joe McRee (Jan) and Donald Michael McRee.

She is survived by her brother, James D. (J.D) McRee; along with numerous nieces & nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.

We are grateful, that our prayers were answered on April 5, 2022, when our Most Gracious Heavenly Father took Julie to be with Him, on her birthday. No more pain, no more tears, no more suffering. She’s happy now, healthy, and free. What an incredible gift. And what a thoughtful way for our Heavenly Father to say to us, “I’ve got this. I’m in this, and she is with me. The King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords, creator of Heaven and Earth; loves us so much that He sends comforting little messages to the hurting and brokenhearted. He is so amazing, and so good to us.

Julie was in this life, as wife, mother, grandmother, and friend; the essence of Proverbs 31. In her very own quiet way, her words, deeds, and actions, revealed a very gracious, kind, and loving person, always helpful to others, always a giver, never an unkind word.

Her Spirit lives on. No longer will she ever be confined to a bed, or an infirmed, earthly body. Never, never again. She loved music, parties, and oh, how she loved to dance. God’s Word tells us, there’s plenty of that in Heaven. Heaven is now rejoicing over Julie, and we must do the same. We can know in our hearts, that she is having the time of her life!

A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Little Flower Catholic Church, 2053 Government Street in Mobile, at 10:00 AM.
