In Loving Memory

June Ann Ellifritz

July 15, 1961 - February 10, 2021

Tribute

June Ann Ellifritz (nee Moran), age 59, went peacefully into the arms of her loving Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, February 10, 2021, after an amazing 13-year faith-filled and often miraculous fight against infirmity.

June, or Nan, as she was lovingly called by many, was born to Linda and James Moran on a military base in Kentucky, brought home wrapped in a blanket on a motorcycle.  She was raised in Oldtown, MD, and resided in Pensacola, FL prior to her passing.  She was very happily married to Ed, the love of her life, for over 40 years.

An extremely loving, compassionate woman of faith, June gave of herself with fortitude to so many over the years.  Her grand babies were the joy of her life.  She was mother to many children beyond her own and cared for the poor, helpless, and voiceless.  June thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time with her extensive family, cooking, camping, crafting, fishing, collecting seashells on the beach, and worshipping her Lord.  Her loving marriage was an inspiration to all.  June truly brought a presence of pure hospitality, grace, and love wherever she went.  Her hugs and encouraging words are sure to be missed.  The family is glad that she is no longer in pain and look forward to seeing her again and rejoicing with her for another meal at the heavenly banqueting table.

Surviving her, is her husband, Edgar Ellifritz, Jr.; son, David Ellifritz and his wife Kalen and their children, David, Zach, Tommy, and Emily, son Michael Ellifritz, and his wife Heather and their children, Briella, Kinsley, Ashlynn, and Piper; daughter, Jennifer Williams and her husband; Chris and their children, Zoe, Kaden, Kaleigh, and Journey; her mother, Linda Groves; brother, Jim Moran; sister, Karen Booth and her husband Dusty; along with many nieces, nephews, friends and family in the Lord.

A private family graveside service will be held in Keyser, WV.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the local food bank at Bellview Assembly of God in Pensacola, FL where June served faithfully for many years.  June’s Cupboard at Bellview Assembly of God, online at  https://www.kindridgiving.com/app/giving/kindrid-ut8l28d or by mailing a check to 2920 W. Michigan, Pensacola, FL 32526.
