My Auntie Katie was a very special person and friend to me. She was always kind and loving and we enjoyed chatting on the phone quite frequently. She always made me and my family feel welcome in her home and was a wonderful cook. It was a real treat to go to a family function at her house. I loved her so much and will truly miss her.
Aunt Katie was a very special aunt and person to me. When we visited she was always happy and jovial and loved good conversation. She was a good baker of cakes, and I recall sitting on a stool at her counter enjoying cake and coffee and chatting about family and old times. Aunt Katie was a faith filled woman who loved the Lord and was always ready to testify to that. My memories of her will be with me always and she will truly be missed.
Before I even married her niece (Debbie), Katie made me feel welcome in her home. I always enjoyed being there and I appreciate that she cared so much about others. In fact, her whole family was that way, which was no doubt because of her influence. She was always Aunt Katie to me and I will miss her.
