Linda Faye Pettis Lowe, age 56, a native of Prichard and resident of Chickasaw, died Saturday, January 20, 2007 at a local hospital. Mrs. Lowe was a devoted

mother and loved to travel. She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Billy” Haskew Lowe, Jr.; her parents, Calvin and Eunice Pettis; two brothers,

J. W. Pettis and Kenneth Pettis and two sisters, Rose (Billy) Green and Patricia Carroll. Survivors include her son, Chad Preston Lowe of Chickasaw; her step-mother Ruth H. Pettis of Chickasaw; a brother, Ollie (Billie Joyce) Pettis of Mobile; two sisters, Brenda (Joe) Isbell of Fairhope and Cynthia Pettis of

Chickasaw; two step-brothers, Jerry (Kathie) Thompson of Satsuma and Larry (Claudia) Thompson of Hollywood, AL; sister in law, Kay Pettis, Chickasaw and other relatives.

A memorial service for Mrs. Lowe will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 27, 2007 at Myers Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Gandy officiating.

A visitation with the family will be held after the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Music Program of Myers Memorial Baptist Church.
