Marvin Robinson, 101, served with the United States Army in Europe during WWII.  He passed away at his residence on December 11, 2025.  He was born in New York and lived in New Jersey for most of his life.  Upon his retirement, he moved to Alabama.

Marvin graduated with honors and a degree as a textile engineer.  He had a career in sales in the textile industry that spanned 53 years.  He loved what he did, and he didn’t retire until he was 82.

Marvin was always very proud of his Jewish heritage, and its values.  He was a “friend” of Trinity Presbyterian Church with his wife, Bonnie.

Beloved husband of 40 years to E. Bonnie Robinson.  Marvin is also survived by a son, Richard Robinson; daughter, Rhonda Aiello and her husband, Vincent; son, Theodore “Teddy” Robinson.  Also surviving him are his “bonus children”, Bonnie Marie Greene, Albert C. Greene, III and Richard F. Greene, Jr. He was the beloved “Pop Pop” to his grandchildren, Lacey Bochicchio, Richard F. Greene, III and Violet Maria Greene; and great-grandson, Jameson Michael Coughlin.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 26, 2025, at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL. There will be a time of visitation with family and friends at 10AM, followed by service the 11AM.
