Dear Carol Ann and family. I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s death. I had the pleasure of working with Mike at the Battle House and will always remember his amazing work ethic and heartfelt customer service. He was an amazing ambassador for the hotel and received many accolades during his time with us. More than this, he was a friend to me, always kind and always upbeat and happy. It was also great to see him at First Baptist. He will be missed. God bless you all.
