Nancy Barksdale Bowman, a native of Jackson, MS, and a resident of Daphne, AL, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at the age of 66.
Nancy was an avid tennis player and dog enthusiast. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will truly be missed.
Nancy is preceded in death by her parents, Battle and Grace Barksdale, her husband, Rick Bowman, son, Rick Bowman, Jr. and daughter, Erin Bowman.
She is survived by two children, Lisa Bowman and Michael (Catherine) Bowman; grandchildren, Lindsey (Robert) Wiggins, Bella Bowman, Jackson Bowman, Liam Bowman, Blake Buchannan, Randy Stallworth, Emily Claire Bowman and Sadie Bowman; and three great-grandchildren.
There will be a time of visitation to celebrate Nancy’s life on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 10AM – 12PM at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road in Daphne, AL.
