Olan Eugene Gentry,71, a native of Pensacola FL, former long time resident of Orange, TX, and current resident of Saraland, AL died on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at a local hospital.

He is retired from Inland Orange Machine as a Machine Tender and crew leader. He also served in the United states Air Force.

Mr. Gentry is preceded in death by his son, Les Gentry; His parents, James Gentry and Vera Holston Gentry; his stepson, Adam Merriman, and two brothers, Sam Gentry and Louie Gentry.

Survivors include his wife, Jane Waters Gentry; two sons, Mark Gentry and Ben Gentry; one brother, Ed Gentry, one sister, Mickey Warren; four grandchildren, and many friends and relatives.

A memorial service for Mr. Gentry will be held at a later date.
