In Loving Memory
December 24, 1958 – March 13, 2018
Rickey Eugene “Bama” Crutchfield, age 59, a native of Flomaton, AL and a resident of Stapleton, AL, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at his home. Rickey was a member of Full Power Holiness Church in Bay Minette. He was in the trucking business for 44 years, and he owned and operated his own business. He loved riding his Goldwing Bike and especially loved riding with his wife and family. Rickey was known for his great sense of humor. He loved his family and they loved him; and he especially loved his Lord. Rickey was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Aline Crutchfield; and three brothers, Lavon Crutchfield, Don Crutchfield and William Crutchfield. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lynne Long Crutchfield; sons, Alex L. Crutchfield (Lee Ann), of Grove Hill, Austin M. Crutchfield, of Stapleton, and Richard Crutchfield, of Pensacola, FL; nine grandchildren, Dustin, Ashlyn, Joey, Christopher, Ethan, Logan, Destiny, Hailey and Alyssa; three sisters, Mae Mateikat (Bill) of Bay Minette, Carolyn Wilson, of Flomaton, and Marilyn Crutchfield of Flomaton; other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held, Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Full Power Holiness Church, 2302 US Hwy. 31, Bay Minette, AL, at 4:00 PM with a visitation prior to the service from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Pallbearers will be: Greg Long, Marshall Long, Logan Crutchfield, Ronnie Styron, Donnie Styron and Lee Cooley.
