Robert Donald Ellsworth, a native of Norwalk, Connecticut and a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 90.

Robert served in the US Army.  He received degrees in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Building Construction and Doctor of Jurisprudence.  In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, boating and golf.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Edna Ellsworth and brother, Richard Ellsworth.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Judith Ann Ellsworth; sister-in-law, Louise Ellsworth; nieces, Laura (John) Ross, and Brenda Gutierrez-Moreno; nephew, Bruce (Wanda) Ellsworth; great niece, Nikki; and great nephews, Logan and Cody.

A memorial service will be held at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road in Daphne, AL, on Friday, October 28, 2022 at 3:00 PM. There will be a time of visitation before the service beginning at 2:30 PM.
