Ruby Mills Johnson

Beloved Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother went to be with her LORD and Savior on Friday, March 31, 2006. Born on Nov. 6, 1915 in Quincy, FL and a longtime resident of Spanish Fort, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years, Alvin Johnson.

She is survived by two daughters, LaVerne (Royce) Stewart and Ruby (Bobby) Aldridge; three sons, Adrian (Linda) Johnson, Jimmy Johnson and Johnny (Linda) Johnson. Also surviving are 10 grandcildren, David (Marsha) Stewart, Greg (Jill)

Stewart, Royce (Stephanie) Stewart, Donnie (Chrisanna) Mooney, Lesley (Will) Roberts, Kelly (Amber) Johnson, Scotty Johnson, Scott (Jennifer) Johnson,

Adrienne (Chris) Dowhan and Brooks Johnson. She has 15 great grandchildren and a very special family member and her attending physician for many years, Dr. Texel D. Johnson. Also her special friend, Adele Thompson and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 3, 2006 at 2:00 PM at South River Park Church of God. The Family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time. Interment will be in Timney South River Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South River Park Church of God, 10993 Hwy. 32, Fairhope, AL 36532.
