Samuel Smith Everette, Jr., a native of Atmore, Alabama, and a resident of Daphne, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2022.
Sammy graduated from Atmore High School and attended the University of Alabama and was a huge Alabama Crimson Tide Football Fan. In his spare time, he enjoyed going to the beach, gardening, playing golf and watching SEC Football. He was a loving husband, son, father, and grandfather (“Pop”) and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Sammy is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Smith Everette and Cora Mabel Steadham Everette.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Ann Everette; children, Samuel Smith Everette, III (Ennis), B. Stutts Everette (Jill) and Jennifer Warren Lovitte (Joe); grandchildren, Sam, IV, Meme, Lila Banks, Stutts, Jr., Rex, Ransom, J. Wesley, Ethan and Zoey.
Services will be private.
