Thomas Comer Hallford, a native of Dothan, Alabama and a resident of Gulf Shores, Alabama, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at the age of 73.
Tommy worked as a construction supervisor of swimming pools.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Denise Hallford; his children, T.C. Hallford of Dothan, AL, Tomi Donohoe (Patrick) of Auburn, AL and Josh Hallford (Morgan) of Mooresville, NC; his stepdaughter, Brittany Henson of Savannah, GA; and his five grandchildren, Charlee Kate, Evie, Barrett, Adeline and Olivia.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

Denise, Martha and I were very sorry to learn of Tommy’s passing. He was a good close friend for many years especially when we were younger. When we first got married he would bring fraternity brothers and other friends to come see us since our fun and doing was replaced mostly by work. We had some adventures and worked on many projects together. A good friend and we will miss him. Please take care of yourself, Dewey.
I’m so sorry to hear of Tommy ‘s passing . He was a great guy in every way . I was driving my mother to Oschner Clinic and ran into Tommy at a gas station on I10. He said , Mimi , do you need help ? And I said yes. He got my mother out of the car and waited until she was ready and put her back in my car . I true southern gentleman and I will never forget how he helped us ❤️🙏
