Welsihna Manuel, a native of Pohnpei, FSM, and a resident of Daphne, Alabama, passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 54.

Welsihna was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Hadley and her father, Alex Manuel.  She is survived by her children, Alsihna Manuel, Stacey Andreas and Tyrell Andreas; sons-in-law, Orlando Martin and Tony Pris; six granddaughters, Maryandrea Manuel, Onessa Martin, Pualani Martin, Kinnisha Andreas, Abigail Pris and Vikki Pris; her siblings, William Manuel, Welmihna Manuel, Welton Manuel, Weldon Manuel, Wainer Manuel, Lorleen Manuel, Jefferson Manuel and Mamileen Manuel; along with nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL, at 3PM. There will be a time of visitation with family and friends before the service, beginning at 1PM.
