William Larry Cooper, a resident of Bay Minette, AL, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the age of 67.

William was preceded in death by his father, William D. Cooper, mother, Mabel C. Gray, and his aunt and uncle, Carl and Donna Griffin.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Wanda Cooper; children, Julie Feenker of Gulf Shores, AL, Kristin Cooper of Daphne, AL and Will Cooper of Bay Minette, AL; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Gabi, Jordan, and Mason; siblings, David (Jean) Cooper, Gary Cooper, Linda (Harvey) West and Buster Gray; along with other family members and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, February 1, 2021 at Spanish Fort United Methodist Church, 6630 Spanish Fort Blvd., Spanish Fort, AL, at 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to Spanish Fort United Methodist Church, 6630 Spanish Fort, Blvd., Spanish Fort, AL 36527.

    To Larry’s family, I’m so sorry to hear of Larry’s passing. Many of his high school friends remember him so fondly, he was a close friend to many. Larry and I went to our Senior Prom together. He was so much fun and very sweet. I’m so happy to see he was a grandfather. I’m sure he was a wonderful one.
    I’m praying that God will comfort you as you lean upon each other.

    Larry was a high school friend. He was president of our Fairhope High School 1972 senior class. He was a natural leader and friend to all.

    I am so sorry to hear of Larry’s death. He was a friend and classmate for many years and we all loved him. I am praying for peace for your family. My dad Mr Bertagnolli had a garden and always thought a lot of your family. Many prayers coming you way. Wanda I was married for 43 yrs too. I know your pain. I am so sorry. God bless you all.
