Tribute

Zoe Sozo Bethel, born Wednesday, October 19, 1994, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022, in Miami, Florida, at the age of 27.

Our sweet Zoe was a beautiful, bright influence on so many, and she nurtured those around her. She had a big heart and made sure that everyone around her was happy, even complete strangers. Her faith was strong as well as her love for her country.

Zoe had many wonderful accomplishments in her life.  She was the reigning Miss Alabama for America Strong, an Ambassador for Turning Point USA, reporter for Right Side Broadcasting, a model for Glacier Model Management, The Bien Vete Company, and Jamison Ashley Modeling Agency, an Ambassador for The Falkirk Center for Faith and Liberty, Senior Ambassador for Students for Life, and worked part time at Sage restaurant in Fairhope, AL.  But her greatest accomplishment was being the Momma of her beautiful daughter, Jessivana Franklin.

Zoe will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. She will always remain forever in our hearts

A celebration of Zoe’s life will be held at Hughes Funeral Home, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL, on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 11:00AM.

Expressions of condolence for the family may be made at www.hughesfh.com. Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the family.

“And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

“I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

“I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.”

    John 17:11, 14–15

I miss this beautiful, inside and out, woman so much. She is on my mind and in my thoughts every day and I try to be kinder and better and work harder and love harder because you never know if today could be your last day. I never met someone who was so full of life and ready to conquer the world. You were just starting….. Zoe you are greatly loved and greatly missed. It will take a long time before all is right in the world again. Love you Zoe♥️

“As soon as JESUS heard the (negative) word that was spoken (about his daughter), He saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, ‘Be not afraid, ONLY B-E-L-I-E-V-E.” … “Why make ye this ado, & weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.” -Mark 5:36 & 39 ~ “Not a sparrow can fall to the ground without your Father knowing it. For even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are more valuable to God than a whole flock of sparrows!” -Matthew 10:29-31 ~ “The dust returns to the earth as it was was, & the spirit returns to God who gave it.” -Ecclesiastes 12:7 ~ “I am the Resurrection & the Life: he that believeth in Me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.” -John 11:25 ~ “If we died with Him, WE SHALL ALSO LIVE WITH HIM.” -2 Timothy 2:11-12 ~ “For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, CERTAINLY WE ALSO SHALL BE IN THE LIKENESS OF HIS RESURRECTION.” -Romans 6:3-7
